Besides getting my side mirror ripped off couple months back and then telling me that it’s not their fault, The employees never wanna work and they certainly don’t wanna stay open! Showed up at 7 PM tonight and they’re already closed on a Friday night. I guess they wanna go home well I’ve got three memberships here cause we live in the neighborhood and I’m fed up with them closing early and opening late! they seem to To have their own hours. I will be canceling all three of them ASAP. Pay a lot of money for the convenience of a Car Wash, but it does absolutely no good when they make their own hours up. Oh, and it’s not raining and I’m sure they’re gonna use that excuse. I’ve called him on it before wonder if the owner knows how lazy the crew is here, how bad the management is. Keep this up and I guaranteed it will go downhill in a couple years. I’m not the only one in the Bolton neighborhood who talks about this place closing early and having their own hours. Picture was taken at 7:15 PM Friday night. Update::: came back the next morning to get my final Wash in since I pay for it monthly and guess what?! They’re not open on time been sitting here for 35 minutes. Some guy just keeps

NEVER use this car wash! I was there Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 5:30pm and took my car through the wash. The machine malfunctioned and damaged my side view mirror. The attendant had to walk back through the wash and pick up the piece that it broke off. They told me that day that the operations manager, Ridge Russell, would call me to make arrangements to have my car repaired at a nearby body shop that they utilize when things like this happen. I was told that he would call me first thing on the morning of the 13th. He did not. I called again on the 15th. I was told that he would call me as soon as he arrived. He did not. I stopped by on the 17th. They told me that he had just left but would call me the next morning and that they were leaving notes on his desk to return my call. It is March 24th and he still has not called to rectify the matter. I filled out a report online as well and uploaded pictures. Still no response!!! IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED DO NOT bring your car to this car wash! My next steps are to post to social media all of my footage. Video footage as well!

I decided to finally switch my car wash after many years this car. While using the blowers, I spilled coffee all over my seats. Miguel and Josh quickly started using their cleaner and helping me remedy my seats! I don’t know any type of self car washes that would’ve done that customer service is top-notch. They truly care about their customers and they all have a smile on their face. This is my new car wash and I even bought the membership. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the amount of care thank you to the team at scrubs!

This is an exceptional car wash membership experience in Atlanta. I would like to express my gratitude to Giovanni for providing such exceptional service. Giovanni’s unwavering spirit, professionalism, and expertise are truly remarkable. The combination of the dedicated employees and the state-of-the-art car wash technology and machines makes washing a car an unlimited number of times worth the brief visit to wash and vacuum any vehicle. Scrubs Express Car Wash is undoubtedly the best in Atlanta.

It’s 8am and I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and they are still close . I don’t know what’s going on with scrub express but they need to do better . I’ve been coming here since they first opened with and have multiple accounts with them and looks like management is getting really bad . This is the fourth time this week where they are close !!! Even my friends are pissed cause i recommend this place and they are always closed for them also. Even police officers trying to get their car wash and even get a wash they all had to turn around . A lot of customer were waiting and we finally gave up and left !!!!
